Flooded Home in Katy, TX

Hurricane Harvey reeked havoc throughout Houston and the surrounding cities. SERVPRO of East Lansing/Haslett was mainly helping residents in the city of Katy, TX, which is about 30 miles west of Houston. The home pictured here had very dirty, contaminated water levels inside of the home of about 2'. This bathroom had to be completely gutted to ensure the any contamination would not be trapped inside after reconstruction.

SERVPRO of East Lansing/Haslett was one of the hundreds of franchises around the country that made their way down to Texas as soon as the surrounding cities were accessible. Our crew stayed throughout the month of September helping many residents get their homes dried out and ready for reconstruction.
