8 Feet of Water in East Lansing Home

This East Lansing family had recently moved out of town and were getting ready to list this home for sale. Upon return in the middle of the night from a couple weeks of being away, the homeowners opened the doors to find 4 feet of water in the garden level, and 4 feet of water in the actual basement of their split level home. Our technicians received the call around 10:00pm and spent all night pumping out all 8 feet of water. A water loss of this magnitude required a lot of work and careful planning to ensure the home would not suffer a total loss.
